Goal

Using Order Organizer, quey an order.
Click on Lines and then Action--View Shipping Status
Find that user can see the delivery detail and delivery information.
However, when clicking on the "View Picking Request" button, the user logged in will only be able to see the requests submitted by that user.

Is this standard functionality ?
