Symptoms



You added the 'customer' number from an old system in the 'Customer' email field in AR.
This is so the user can find the customer using the 'old customer number' when querying the LOV in the 'email' field in the sales order form.
The user gets an error when querying the 'email' LOV in the sales order form:

FRM-40212: Invalid value for SOLD_TO_EMAIL_ADDRESS

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Order Management responsibility
2. Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Click the LOV in the field 'email'
4. Results in Error: FRM-40212: Invalid value for SOLD_TO_EMAIL_ADDRESS
