Symptoms

When importing work orders by using oracle standard api WIP_MASSLOAD_PUB.MASSLOADJOBS there are many records created in WIP_INTERFACE_ERRORS table with Error Type as 1 (Error) with error message as WIP_WEI_IGNORED (INTERFACE=XXXXX) even though jobs created successfully
