You have set the profile option, OIR: Custom Registration Question to HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS:ACCOUNT_NUMBER:HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS_CUST_ACCOUNT_ID:HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS_CUST_ACCOUNT_ID:What is your account number.
Now, you are in the Customer Verification Question > Rules List tab and find the Answer Column 1 and The Answer Table Join Column 1 LOV empty. Why?
