Case Folder Going Through AME But Workflow Activity History Showing "Not Exist" , Why? (Doc ID 1409063.1)

You have set up AME(Approval Management Engine) and expect your case folder to go through AME for recommendation approval.

The case folder does go through the AME as seen in the FND Debug and also in the Workflow Activity History, but Approval Process showing results as Not Exist
