Symptoms

When clicking on the Gantt chart in the Dispatch center, it is blanked out and there is no Gantt displayed.
  The following error is displayed in the trace:

[java.lang.Object]:java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.apps.jtf.schedulingChart.client.javaui.leftPane.AssigneeBrowserObject cannot be cast to oracle.apps.jtf.schedulingChart.client.javaui.rightPane.ForegroundBar

STEPS
-----------------------
(R) Field Service Manager > Create SR and task.
(R) Field Service Manager > Dispatch Center
  - Select the task and click on the Gantt,
  => Find that the Gantt is blanked out and the error is displayed.
