ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inverse value is given as 36 in BOM. After Creating Job in wip Materials requirements form find that the Inverse quantity is 35.99712 for the job quantity of 72 and the per assembly quantity is 2.000016 instead of 2

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Per assembly quantity should be 2 and not 2.000016

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Bill with Inverse quantity as 36 in BOM.
2. Create a Job with 72 quantity
3. Per assembly is 2.000016 instead of 2
