Symptoms
When attempting to deliver against the shipment num in WMS enabled organization,
the following error occurs in RTP log
ERROR

RVTTH-115f: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error
Cause: Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.
Action: Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system
Concurrent program RVCTP returned error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Receiving Transactions > Find Shipment Number
2. Enter quantity, Subinventory and save.
3. Receiving Transaction processor completes with error.
