Symptoms

After clicking on SEGMENTXXX list of values when entering any transactions like GL Journal entry, AR Invoice distribution or AP Invoice distribution, the following error occurs.

APP-FND-01564 : ORACLE error 24345 in fglget
Cause fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A truncation or null fetch error occurred

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Account Inquiry
2. Select segments
3. SEGEMENTXXX will error
