Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Pmt PayReports PBatch & Prepay
When attempting to create new payment in payments workbench,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. in AP responsability
2. in payments workbench (APXPAWKB)
3. create a payment (change a field , or update DFF)
4. error FRM-40654 occurs
5. continue and save
6. requery the payment and the issue does not occur anymore for the payment in case
