Symptoms
On Supplier Registration, users find that two notifications are sent with the password for the approved prospective supplier.
The expected behavior is to get only one notification.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Register the prospective supplier user.
2. Log in as supplier administrator.
3. Approve the pending supplier.
4. After the supplier administrator approves the registration request, 2 notifications are sent to the supplier.
First:
Workflow: POSREGV2
Message: APPRV_REG_USER_MSG
Second:
Workflow: POSSPM1
Message: SUPPLIER_APPROVED
