Inventory Interface Managers Do Not Stay Active (Doc ID 141493.1)

FORM: INVTMSMG.FMB - Request Interface Managers
EXECUTABLE: INCTCW - Inventory transaction worker
EXECUTABLE: INCTCM - Process transaction interface

Symptoms

The inventory interface managers do not stay active.
Stated another way -- The inventory interface managers do NOT honor the INTERVALS setup in the interface manager screen.

STEPS
Responsibility: Inventory
Navigate to Setup -> Transactions -> Interface Managers
The interface managers display.
See intervals on the right side.
Choose Tools > Launch
Submit the interface manager
It runs once, then does not run again.
