STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create an OutsSide Processing (OSP) WO- WO1 >Requisition>PO
2. Receive the PO do not deliver it
3. Create another WO WO2 with no OSP operations on it>Change the status to Complete-No Charges
4. Change the status of WO1 to Complete-No Charges
5. Run the Close Discrete Jobs(SRS) and choose the parameters (Status= Complete No Charges) so that it closes all jobs in Complete-No Charges status.
6. The program completes in error "exception has occured"> does not close WO1 and neither WO2.
