E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, OID SSO Technologies related issues
When attempting end date user from E business suite environment which is integrated with Oracle Single Sign on, the following error results:
ORA-20001: Unabled to call fnd_ldap_wrapper.update_user due to the following reason:
An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your system Administrator. (USER_NAME=XXXX). (USER_NAME=XXXX)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into application with system administrator responsibility.
2. Open user define form.
3. Query for user want to make the change.
4. End date and save will produce the error.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some of these users are very critical to run the business operations which need to be terminated due to business requirement.
