Symptoms


In 11.5.10.2 in PROD:
When ECTRIGO - Triggering Process Outbound concurrent program is run, it completes with the following errors:

ERROR

ORACLE error 6510 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_OUTBOUND", line 100
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.EC_DOCUMENT", line 362
ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
---------------------------------------
1. Shipping Transactions form > Ship Confirm
2. Run Interface Trip Stop which triggers ECTRIGO - Triggering Process Outbound concurrent program
