Symptoms
BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.4.1 is installed on Windows XP with Office 2003. For the user, which has installed the BI Publisher Desktop, everything is working fine. But for any other user accounts set up on the same computer, BI Publisher functions (e.g.Template Builder, Pivot table, etc) are failing with the following error:
