Symptoms

Actual Behavior

The logs in History tab are not separated by each words if using IE8 or Firefox.
They are displayed altogether.

Steps to Reproduce

(R) Customer Support Specialist
(N) Agent Dashboard
    - Query existing SR
    - Navigate to the History tab.

What is Working

It is normal when using IE6 or IE7
