oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122 Error While Trying To "Export" In Service Request Reports (Doc ID 1417283.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

When attempting to click 'Export' button which  is enabled by run report in Service Request Gererate Report the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122


Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query any Service Request in Oracle TeleService,
2. Select action 'Generate' report.
3. Click on 'Run' to generate the report. 'Export' button is enabled by run.
4. Click on 'Export' to get data in xls format.

It errors with oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122
