Symptoms


On : 12.1.1 version, Transaction Control


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales Order Lines are in Shipped Status, Delivery details are interfaced to Order Management and Inventory but Lines are not progressing to Closed status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On Successfully interfacing the delivery details, next run of Workflow Background Process should have progressed line workflow and closed the line

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will
