Symptoms

The Close Job Process is conducting the cancel action against the corresponding Purchase Order Shipment, even though some quantity has been partially received.


Replication Steps:
1. Create the Outside Processing Job in the Work In Process (WIP) module.
2. Move to the Outside Processing step
3. The requisition and purchase order are created in Purchasing
4. Approve the Purchase Order
5. Conduct a partial receipt against the purchase order
6. Close the WIP Job and engage the Close Job Process
7. Review and find that the Purchase Order Shipment is now canceled

Other:
The Work In Process parameter Propagate Job Change to Purchasing is set to Automatic.
The primary concern is with invoicing to the purchase order.
