Post Mass Additions (FAMAPT) Errors With APP-01436 or APP-FND-01436 Book Parameter List Of Values (LOV) Is Empty (Doc ID 141832.1)

Symptoms

You receive an error APP-01436 or APP-FND-01436 when trying to Post Mass Additions as follows:

Responsibility = Fixed Assets Manager
Navigation = Mass Additions/Post Mass Additions
Program Name = FAMAPT (Mass Additions Post)

1. Sign into Oracle Applications as Fixed Assets Manager and navigate to Mass Additions/Post Mass Additions.

2. When you click on the Parameters field, you receive the following error:

APP-1436: No entries found for this list of values (LOV).
or
APP-01436: List of Values cannot find any values for you to choose
