Symptoms

On : 12.1.1 version, Grade / Step Progression
/oracle/apps/pqh/gsp/webui/BusAreaPG 120.1.12010000.3

When attempting to add a grade to an existing grade ladder, you submit the change and
the following error occurs.

ERROR

System Error:
Procedure per_pps_shd.constraint error at step 15
Cause: The procedure per_pps_shd.constraint error has created an error at step 15.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compensation Wizard
2. Edit an existing ladder
3. Add a grade and then Submit
