ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
See requisitions from other trusts (organizations) in My Groups Requisitions after upgrade to Release 12.1.3. This was not the issue in Release 11.5.10.2
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To see the same behavior in Release 12.1.3 as in previous one
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement
2. Click on 'Requisitions' tab and choose view 'My Groups Requisition'
3. See all requisitions from all trusts (suspect organizations)
4. Search for one requisition via advanced search which is not in the trust of the user. The search returns no row.
