Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Linking a Ex-Employee as contact to an Active Employee, gives the employee
the ability to update their(Ex-Employees) SSN.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employee should NOT be able to update the SSN of the Ex-Employee who is
listed as a contact. Similar to Core Application - Core Application does not
allow a SSN to be updated if the contact is Ex-Employee.
