Bank Account Encryption Can Only Be Set as Scheduled (Doc ID 1419664.1)

Goal

We are going to implement direct debit and we would like to encrypt the bank account number right after the user entered the bank account number, in Immediate mode. 

But the System Security Option page does not allow me to update the encryption mode for bank account and the only available mode for bank accounts is Scheduled.
Is there any possibility to enable Immediate encryption for Bank Accounts?
