Customer Ownership Assignment Form Results in Blank Page After Update (Doc ID 1420103.1)

Symptoms

After applying the IEX consolidated patch (12749104:R12.IEX.B), the ownership screen results in a blank
page when trying to update one record.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Collections Administrator -> Administration -> Ownership -> Customer Ownership
2. Select a Resource From and Display Customers.
3. Select a Resource To, select 1 customer.
4. Click on Update or Update all Promises and Work Items

The screen takes you to a blank page with no confirmation that anything was done.
