Before we get started with Finding Answers, we would like to introduce you to the My Oracle Support Essentials Webcast Series.

The Oracle Support Essentials Series brings interactive expertise straight to your desktop. The goal of this program is to share with you how to best use the Support Portals and Tools, and provide tips and tricks on how to effectively work with Oracle Support.
