Symptoms

When attempting to perform any action on bill components, the following error occurs.

Steps
1. Navigate > Bills > Bills
2. Query an existing assembly
3. Place the cursor on any component line and you get the error.

Business Impact
Due to this issue, users cannot perform any actions on the bill
