Account Search - Unable to Search on Accounts

Form:IEXRCALL.FMB - IEX Startup Form
User is unable to search by account in the IEX search window. The following errors appear.
FRM-41830 List of Values contains no entries
APP-IEX-240445 Query caused no records to be retrieved.
Even when putting a '%' in the window, and clicking on the '...', it brings up a full list of values, but when selecting a value, it doesn't return the record.
User can find the same account number in the IEXRCALL form without any issues.
