On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals
In the past when an appraisal was rejected it was getting deleted. Then product got enhanced so when appraisal is rejected it is still there so can be submitted again for approval with or without changes.
When it got enhanced instead of just stopping it from getting deleted it is also notifying employee that your appraisal has been deleted.
Employee should be notified on reject only if the appraisal is initiated by the employee.
For all other cases it should not notify the employee when the appraisal is rejected.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an appraisal
2. Reject the appraisal at one of the approval levels
3. The workflow goes into an errored status.
