Symptoms

You create a Rollup Group, say '<RGName>'
You assign your Group to the Parent Values from your value set '<ValueSetName>'
You navigate to the "Summary Accounts" form
You create a summary template
You enter the template by using your Rollup Group
You save your changes. General Ledger submits the concurrent request "GLSTPM module: Add/Delete Summary Accounts"
It completes with Status 'Error' and the request log file shows:
STPM0004: The rollup group "<RGName>" is not defined in value set: "<ValueSetName>"
STPM0002: The template "<TEMPLATE NAME>" references 1 undefined rollup group(s)
