UNABLE TO IMPORT ORDER WITH CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WHILE CREATING NEW ADDRESS (Doc ID 1422266.1)

Symptoms



On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Booking
When attempting to import order in booked status with credit card payment while
creating new customer address the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to set up a Credit Card Bank Account for the Customer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load a new order with CREDIT_CARD payment type code and payment terms in oe_headers_iface_all,
load 1 or more records in oe_lines_iface_all,
add a book record to oe_actions_iface_all
and put the bill to address in oe_customer_info_iface_all.
2. Run Order Import.
The failure only occurs if you are creating a new bill to address.
The order will book if the bill to address is already created.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Since we are migrating from 11i to R12 we need this functionality to
work to avoid the issues in production when it is going live.
