Default Printer Setup by Subinventory Is Ignored for Pick Slip Reports (Doc ID 1422924.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Setup Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Default printers have been defined for pick and pack slips, but documents print on user's default printer

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should print on the default printer which have been defined for pick and pack slips it should not print on user's default printer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The pick and pack slips have been defined to print on specific printers based on Subinventory
Setup>Shipping>Documents>Choose Printers
Enter Sales order
Release sales order using release rules
Concurrent program runs for Pick Selection List Generation and Pick Slip Report (XML)
Reports are  printed to users default printer - not the one defined based on Subinventory
This happens regardless of whether release is executed from Form or by submitting Pick Selection List Generation - SRS

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Release of all sales orders cannot be schedule to run periodically otherwise all documents print on printer of user who scheduled the request, instead of the appropriate printer of the department needing to the pick the goods.
