Goal

How to update the country on an  existing bank account.
The country field is not updateable .

Steps to Reproduce
=================
Navigate to Payables Manager/Setup/Payment/Banks and Bank Branches and query the Bank
Click on Update Bank
The Country is Defaulting to the United States, and is not updateable.
