Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Rules Engine

Unable to allocate inventory on internal sales order. Users received the following error during allocation

ERROR
-----------------------
The material Sourcing process failed to create picking suggestions for line 1 of move order number 25392

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Steps to Reproduce
1. Release Sales Orders
2. Enter Trip number having internal order line. Set Auto Allocate = No
3. Specify pick from subinventory /locator
4. Specify Defaulting Staging Sub/locator
5. Hit Concurrent
6. Open transact move order using the move order number generated in the above step.
7. Select the record and hit Allocate.

Observation:
Error Message: The material Sourcing process failed to create picking suggestions for line 1 of move order number <xxxxx>

When Rule simulation is run:
Error while calling Create Suggestion Procedure in simulation mode. Check the trace node for execution details.
