Advanced Collections Customer Correspondence Not Merged to New Customer in R12

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In R12, the Correspondences from the History tab are not merged on an Account merge.
Steps to reproduce:
1. CustomerA has correspondence in the history tab
CustomerB has no correspondence in the history tab
2. Merge CustomerA to CustomerB.
3. Query CustomerB in IEXRCALL and there is no correspondence in the history tab.
