Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Pick Release
When attempting to pick release orders, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
- Pick Release process could not allocate 3 of item XXXX for the Sales order XXXXXX as there was insufficient quantity available Or Inventory allocations have failed, and the line has been back ordered.
The message above is seen for various lines and items.
Pick selection is completed
l_completion_status ==> WARNING - An error occurred while relieving reservations.,Y,Transaction processor
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Order Management responsibility
- Navigation: Shipping > Release Sales Order > Release Sales Order
- See errors
