Customer is facing issues Relinking WIP: WICDOL WICMEX WICMLX, after a Windows->Linux migration,
WIP was Shared during the migration and it was change to Fully Installed recently.

wphset.cpp:(.text+0x2016): undefined reference to `IlcConstraintI::isBound()
wphset.cpp:(.text+0x203a): undefined reference to `IlcConstraintI::getValue()
wphset.cpp:(.text+0x2132): undefined reference to `IlcConstraintI::isBound()
wphset.cpp:(.text+0x216b): undefined reference to `IlcConstraintI::getValue()
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Relink of module "WICMLX" failed.
Relinking WIP is failing with following error
