EBS WMS: Drop LPN Failed With Error "LPN Not Available" (Doc ID 1425357.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Inbound Processing

When attempting to drop the LPN ,the following error occurs.

LPN not available.

Issue may be reproduced with following steps:

1.Create a PO for 239789 quantity having Inspection required as routing. 
2.Receive 239789 quantity into an LPN. 
3.Inspect 1 qty into the same LPN. 
4.Now inspect remaining 239788 quantity into the same LPN. 
5.Again Inspect 1 quantity into the same LPN. 
6.Now please check if the customer is able to drop the LPN.
