There are circumstances where recipes meet the criteria for collection into ASCP as seen as:

The Validity Rule will be at a Status of Approved for General Use or Frozen
The Validity Rule will be Recipe Use of Production or Planning
The Validity Rule will not have the Effective Dates To field set to a date earlier than today
The Validity Rule will not be Marked for Purge

but do not appear in the results of the SQL in <Note 1279012.1> What is the list of Recipes Not Collected from OPM to ASCP because the product of the recipe is marked in:

Inventory / Items / Organization Items / MPS/MRP Planning tab /

as having a Planning Method as Not Planned

It is important for the user to be aware of such circumstances and to be sure that it is the intention that these items are not to be planned when the recipe criteria is met
