Is it Possible to Customize the iReceivables Customer Statements? (Doc ID 1426243.1)

Symptoms

The Customer Statement does not have the option to be customized with a template and queries. 
In the Account Summary Homepage > Click on download with the Customer Statement template.
This template previously create its data from java based on view objects, which were converted to XML and then processed to become the template.
