Form And System Generated Description On Award Modification Does Not Update Correctly

When adding a new line to an approved award from the Document Builder in Buyer Work Center, a new modification is auto-generated. In CLM, this line should denote when generating the "Generate Change Description" option from the Actions menu. However, it does not.

Also, within this scenario, the standard form is not updating with the information populated in the CLM award fields.
