When running program Create Settlement Batches, the process fails and the following error is seen in the request log:

Empty batch for profiles : 81
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20000: IBY_20220#ERRMSG=Batch Booking is Invalid (ERR_OBJECT=Batch name)
