Not Able to Save Notes in Collections Workbench when Coming from UWQ

Creating a note on an Account when you have navigated from the UWQ first returns the following error:
APP-IEX-240778: Please select value for current View By Account
However, the View By is populated with an account number and you have to re-query it to save the note.
If you open Collections, query the Account and create the note, it will save without error.
