Problem Statement

Note Type field is not showing the correct value on Task Notes screen when browsing through the existing notes in Mobile Field Service PocketPC application.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add two notes with different Note Types on task.
2. Sync the device.
3. Now review the synced note. Note Type field will not refresh.
