Information in this document applies to any platform.
Item Subinventories form, INVIDITM.fmx

In Item Subinventories form, system allows you to delete item/locator assignment for a locator that has On Hand Quantity.

You are expecting the system to not let you delete and save item/locator assignment, when there are on hand quantities for that item in that locator.

Since the system allows you to delete the item/locator assignment, when you go to miscellaneous transactions screen to issue items, you don't have any locator to pick from, even though you have on hand quantity in the locator that just got deleted.

User is expecting system to not let him delete the locator assignment for a subinventory and locator that has on hand quantity.

Reproduction Steps:

1) Create item MM_Locator_subinventory
Inv tab:
Locator control: no control
Restrict Subin: check
Restrict locators: check

2) setup subinv MM-SUBINV
all defaults, except locator control: set as pre scpecified
Click on Locator to set up MM-TESTL.1.
Rack: 1

3) Assigned Item subinventory for Item MM_Locator_subinventory to locator MM-TESTL.1.

4) Performed a miscellaneous receipt of 5 for item MM_Locator_subinventory into Subinv MM-SUBINV and locator MM-TESTL.1.

5) Navigate to Inventory>Items>Organization Items and select item MM_Locator_subinventory and go to tools>item subinventories,
Click on the locator field and hit delete button on the toolbar (Red x), get warning: On-hand quantity exists for this item.

click ok, it deletes the locator, save the transaction. No error prevents the user from saving the transaction.

Attempt to perform a misc issue, but b/c locator does not exist anymore, when enter Item, Subinv and locator info (MM-TESTL.1) get message: You have entered an invalid locator.
