Symptoms

When running an upgrade to Release 12.1.1, the Adworker fails with the following error when running the u06678700.drv

sqlplus -s APPS/*****
  @/patch/115/sql/ar120lcjgr.sql &un_ar &batchsize 6 32
  DECLARE
  *
  ERROR at line 1:
  ORA-00001: unique constraint (AR.AR_CHARGE_SCHEDULES_U2) violated
  ORA-06512: at line 27
