On Applications 12.1.3 :
When attempting to make payments PPR ends with Validation error
Payment is invalid because the payment process profile associated with it has been updated since the payment process was started.
Please remove the payment process request and resubmit it for payment from the calling product.
The following error is shown in fnd log.
