Notifications Approved By Email Are Not Getting Updated In Oracle (Doc ID 1431579.1)

After the approver approves an email notification via outlook , the status is not reflected in system.   The Workflow mailer log shows:

-> javax.mail.MessagingException: A21 NO Message copy failed: File too large;
nested exception is:
com.sun.mail.iap.CommandFailedException: A21 NO Message copy failed: File too large

Looking in the INBOX it is seens that there are mails stacked up.  Most appear to have valid subject lines like "Action Required:"
