Direct Links Not working after Password Change
Direct Links on the courses not working after Apps Password changes and
Auto Config was ran by the DBA. .
Getting below error when using the internal old links
Error: Unable to generate forwarding URL. Exception oracle.app.fnd.security. Data VerificationException: Invalid CRC length. 89
Note* customer did not test making the password change before moving to production.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. At course page click on generate hyperlink
2. Paste that hyperlink into an email and forward it to users
3. When users click on link it takes them to oracle login screen
